👀 What are we looking for?
We are hiring for UX Writer, who’ll be working within our Product team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our product’s experience by creating useful, meaningful copy that helps users complete the task at hand. You’ll strategize with the product team to set the vision for content and drive cohesive product narratives across the Convosight app and website. You’ll work cross-functionally with product managers, product designers, engineers, analysts, and member experience. You’ll work through a lens of UX and marketing to take data, research and consumer insights to cater our messaging through different platforms.
✍️ What kind of work will you be doing?
- Writing clear, consistent, concise product copy for the Convosight app and website (onboarding, notifications, flows, error messages, in-app messages, and more)
- Understand your customers, gathering data and sharing information with your colleagues to improve the product experience
- Partner with design, research, and support teams to develop a content strategy for your features, including what type of content customers need at each stage of their interaction with our products
- Collaborate with writers in marketing team to improve efficiency through shared content and create a seamless content experience for customers
- Evangelize company-wide for great customer experiences, and help establish content development processes in a rapidly growing agile environment
- Create and contribute to product guides, help articles, and potentially user interface copy
- Create diagrams and visuals to make it easier for customers to understand and navigate our software
📝 Position Requirements
- You must have demonstrated an ability to develop and improve technical documentation content and processes. Be prepared to share examples and writing samples that demonstrate your qualifications during the interview process.
- 2+ years of directly relevant technical content experience working for an enterprise software company (3-5 years overall)
- BA/BS degree in Technical Writing, Technical Editing, Journalism, or English, or relevant • Collaboration skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in online products / B2B Products / SaaS / Analytics
