Your email address on Convosight is used to send all the communication from us.
Make sure you have listed an updated email address that you check regularly.
To update your email address on Convosight:
- Click on our profile image in the top right corner of the window
- From the drop down menu select settings
- Click ✎ in Email tab
- Delete existing email addresses and type-in the new email address
- Click Continue to get OTP
- Click I already have an OTP, if you already have and an OTP in your email
- Enter the OTP that you received in an email from Convosght
- Your email is now updated
